Your Mission
To support the financial operations and risk mitigation strategies that ensure our continued success and sustainability. You will assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and identifying potential risks associated with our diverse portfolio of events.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations
- Assist in preparing budgets for events such as the Green Energy Conference.
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Track revenue streams and prepare financial summaries.
- Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Risk Management
- Help identify operational and financial risks associated with events.
- Assist in reviewing vendor contracts and agreements.
- Support compliance with UAE regulations and internal policies.
- Contribute to the development of risk mitigation plans.
Strategic Support
- Analyse the profitability of different event experiences and offerings.
- Assist in evaluating the financial value of sponsorship packages.
- Provide insights to support pricing and budgeting decisions.
- Collaborate with operations and partnerships teams on financial planning.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial tools is an advantage.
- Previous internship or experience in finance, accounting, or risk management is a plus but not required.
